Theatre Arts II/III
5th Period - "B" Days 8:55 am - 10:25 AM
Students interested in more involvement in theatre studies and performance may advance to this class after taking Theatre I. This class places a greater emphasis on the exploration of theatrical styles throughout history, execution of skills, ensemble work, and collaboration with other student artists. This class is co-curricular. Students have at least two productions a year that are performed in the evenings for the general public. Most of the production work is accomplished during the class period but there are a minimum number of additional after school rehearsals. There is a class fee of $30 that is applied to royalty performance fees, costumes, set, props and makeup.
